Refund policy
Due to the personalization and food associated nature of certain items,(such cake toppers and cupcake toppers), we are unable to offer or accept refunds/exchanges. However, we are committed to making things right if there is an error on our part. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may correct our mistake and send you the correct items/replacements.
All other items, except for those mentioned above, can be returned for a refund within 14 calendar days after the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the items must be in the same condition as they were received, with their original packaging and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
