Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing TimeWe will process your order within 3-5 business days upon receipt. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Fridays after 12 pm PST, weekends or holidays. If you need your order to be processed urgently, please send us a message.
In case we receive a high volume of orders, we may experience a delay in shipment. But if your shipment gets delayed significantly, we will inform you through email.
USPS Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
The shipping charges for your order will be calculated during checkout. You can also upgrade your shipping options during checkout.
Free shipping on all orders that are $50 or more.
www.HeartMadeOnline.com ships to addresses within the US, US Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email along with the tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please note that www.HeartMadeOnline.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility, including tariffs, taxes and other costs.
Damages
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@heartmadeonline.com so we can correct the issue.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If your order has not been delivered, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was, please inform us immediately at support@heartmadeonline.com
International Shipping Policy
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the continental US at this time.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We always strive to validate the shipping address provided at checkout. If we are unable to validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. However, if we cannot update the address, we will cancel and refund the order.
Please note that www.HeartMadeOnline.com will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we are unable to recover the package.
